La Fée Parisienne is distilled in Paris and developed in conjunction with the Musée de l'Absinthe. It is prepared to a 19th Century recipe and was awarded silver at the International Spirits Challenge 2003.

François Guy 45abv 50cl

François Guy is distilled in Pontarlier following the Guy family tradition. It is a regular winner of 'best French absinthe' at the Absinthiades, the annual absinthe fair in Pontarlier.

Deniset-Klainguer 45abv 50cl

Deniset-Klainguer is also distilled in Pontarlier at the small Deniset-Klainguer distillery which was founded in 1895, where production of absinthe re-commenced in 2003.
