La Fée Parisienne is based on an authentic 19th century recipe and was developed in a French distillery under the supervision of Madame Delahaye. It is the only absinthe authenticated and endorsed by the Musée de l'Absinthe, Auvers-sur-Oise. La Fée Parisienne contains a dozen or more herbs and plants, including Grand Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) It is distilled in Paris - the botanicals are macerated in alcohol and then distilled in accordance with the most traditional methods. It has a rich bouquet and balanced flavor and when water is added louches beautifully.
