This absinthe comes from the small Deniset-Klainguer distillery, founded in 1895 in Pontarlier; production re-commenced in 2003.

It has a herbal taste, with very little anise.
Well balanced, and combining bitterness and softness, it achieved gold at this years absinthiades (2007)
