Montmartre is the first Austrian absinthe produced since the absinthe renaissance. It is prepared according to original recipes from the archives of the Old Vienna Brandy Museum and is based on vintage absinthe samples. Montmartre contains tree wormwood, florentine fennel, anise and angelica seeds, as well as a few little secrets to round it all off. These fine herbs are soaked and distilled, with only the center cut of the distillate being used.
