Our most special - and our dearest absinthe (this is not necessarily a term of endearment here!) From Destilerías Julián Segarra, a much smaller distillery where the creation of absinthe is almost a "made by hand" process. The wormwood is collected personally by Julián Segarra in the Maestrazgo Hills, and is distilled delicately for 18 hours. No additives and made to a family recipe. Segarra 68% (136 proof) uses 12kg of wormwood per 100 liters of absinthe.
