This recent 65% variant on Serpis’ traditional 55% absinthe has a slightly different recipe and a higher thujone level than its sister, but shares the same wonderful red color (historically from paprika) which turns to an even more luscious apricot when water is added.

It looks so good that it seems a sin to drink it! But we think you'll love its mild but complex taste.
