This mid-strength Mari Mayans is great quality and exceptional value! Marí Mayans Absinthe has been produced in the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean since approximately 1858. Now based in Ibiza, you are quite likely to have made friends with Mari Mayans if you have been to any of Ibiza's famous parties! It is made from distilling the leaves and stems of hand-picked Artemisia Absinthium (Wormwood) and is then macerated in herbs. The resulting spirit is a mesmerizing green that clouds when water is added. It is 100% natural and is created to this day using the original nineteenth century recipe.
