From Destilerías Julián Segarra, a much smaller distillery where the creation of absinthe is almost a "made by hand" process. The wormwood is collected personally by Julián Segarra in the Maestrazgo Hills, and is distilled delicately for 18 hours. No additives and made to a family recipe.

At 45% abv (90 proof), this is almost too easy to drink, and while it is not cheap, it is worth every peseta (Editor's Note: we don't sell in pesetas any more, but somehow "salud, euros y amor" does not make a good absinthe toast!).
