Angélique Verte Suisse, distilled in the Val-de-Travers region of Switzerland is distiller Claude-Alain Bugnon's newest addition to his absinthe portfolio. Its taste is slightly more bitter than most Swiss absinthes but still has all the important characteristics that gives Swiss absinthe its reputation. Serve in 2cl measures, slowly adding 4/5 measures of water, perhaps over a sugar cube depending on your preference.
