All technical work on our site is performed in house and so you’ll only have to deal with us direct!

Why should I become an affiliate at eAbsinthe.

You will be able to earn a commission on each sale that goes through your own banner. We also offer one of the largest absinthe selections on the internet and were the first online absinthe retailer, our customers receive the best guaranteed delivery service and we pride ourselves in our customer service. We want our affiliates to earn so we are here to help.

Who can become an affiliate?

Anyone, of legal drinking age for your own country, with a web site that accepts HTML code i.e. Myspace. 

Will it cost me anything?

No it’s completely free to sign up, its all profit! 

How do I earn commission?

All you have to do is add one of our banners to your site using your unique code that we will provide. You will receive commission on anyone who buys via your banner. For as long as you are an affiliate you will continue to earn commission from customers you refer, up to 6 months from their first referral (please note that this factor is dependent on visitor’s browser cookie settings and cannot be guaranteed). However you will always receive commission if they continue to visit our site through your banner. 

Is there a limit to the amount I can earn?

No there is no limit – we get sales – you get sales everyone’s a winner! 

Will I be able to view my account?

You will be able to view your account by logging in 24hours a day. 

How and when do I get paid?

At the end of every month we will run a report and all affiliates who have reached £30 will be paid directly into paypal, balances less than £30 will be carried forward to the following month. 

What happens once I have registered?

You will receive a confirmation email with your log in details. Log in using these details and you will be presented with your account summary page where you can visit our banners page and select your banner – copy and paste the relevant HTML code (do not change this code as it will also have your unique number) onto your page and your banner will appear.

Affiliate programme

These terms of conditions relate to an individual and/or company’s use and participation in the eAbsinthe.com affiliate programme.  

Becoming an affiliate

You will become an affiliate once your application has been accepted and the agreement will commence until either party terminates giving written notice. We reserve the right to reject an affiliate for any reason or terminate an arrangement deemed unacceptable by us. By becoming an affiliate you confirm that you are of legal drinking age relevant to your country and will not knowingly market to minors. 

Promotion of the affiliate programme

We will provide the necessary textural and graphic links to display on your site. You may use these links in both your website and emails, however you will not be permitted to create websites especially designed to promote sales via search engines (affiliate links must be part of your regular web site – this is to prevent search engine spam) 

Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. If you find any changes unacceptable it is your responsibility to terminate this agreement. Any changes will be updated on eAbsinthe web site and you will be notified via email. If you continue this agreement after changes it will be considered that you have accepted the changes. 

Our responsibility

We will provide all information necessary to allow you to make appropriate links from your site, and any changes you make must be approved by us. We will be responsible for all orders being processed on our site and customer details will remain confidential to ourselves. We will track sales generated via your site and provide statistics. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any orders if they do not meet our company requirements. We will not knowingly sell to minors or process any orders that appear to be fraudulent. 

Affiliate responsibility

You will be responsible for adding eAbsinthe.com links to your site and have sole responsibility for the running and development of your site. You must ensure that all materials posted on your site are legal and do not infringe on the rights of any other person, we disclaim all liability for all materials on your site.  

Commission

You will receive 10% commission on all sales (less tax & shipping). Affiliate fees will be paid monthly and the minimum payment will be £30 If your commission in any one month is less than £30 the balance will carry over to the following month. eAbsinthe refers the right to deduct appropriate commission from any orders, cancelled or refunded. Affiliates may, at our sole discretion be rewarded with upgrades and have the ability to earn up to 20%. You will earn on your customers for 6 months following your first referral (please note that this factor is dependent on visitor’s browser cookie settings and cannot be guaranteed). Affiliates must have a Paypal account under the address that they register their affiliate programme with and are responsible for any Paypal fees incurred. 

Relationship

eAbsinthe and yourself are independent contractors and at no time will this agreement create any joint venture, partnership, sales representative, sales or employment  relationship between the two parties. 

Liability

eAbsinthe.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages, loss of revenue or commissions. We make no claim that the affiliate programme will run error free and hold no responsibility to loss of database files or tracking failures and will not be liable of any service interruptions or errors to the site or programme. 

Restrictions

We reserve the right to not accept sites into the affiliate scheme and cancel at any time any we deem as inappropriate.  Sites that do not qualify for the affiliate programme include but are not limited to: 

Pornographic and sexually explicit content, discrimination content based on race, sex nationality religion or disability, violent content, content violating individual copyrights, explicit violent content.  

Fraud

If you commit fraud or falsify information in any way in connection with the purchase of products via eAbsinthe.com you will be liable for any damages that eAbsinthe.com suffers, responsible to return all commissions received for such purchases and your agreement will be terminated.

Unsolicited emailing and spam

Spam (the sending of unsolicited emails etc) is considered unethical at eAbsinthe.com – affiliates caught spamming will be immediately removed from the affiliate programme, will forfeit any pending commissions and be liable for any costs/damages that eAbsinthe.com incurs as a result of these actions.

Cancellation of Account

If you decide to cancel your account with us at any time, any credit owed to you below the £30 threshold will be lost.

Terms of the Agreement

By signing up to the eAbsinthe affiliate programme you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. These terms will begin once you have signed up to this affiliate programme and will end when eAbsinthe.com or yourself terminates in writing.
