Delivery times & guarantee Courier shipments usually take 1-2 business days in the UK , 1-3 days in Europe and 2-5 business days for the rest of the world. Deliveries and often arrive faster! Order tracking You can track your order on line from the time it leaves us to the time it arrives at your door! Once we have processed your order you will receive a tracking number and web link to our courier Parcelforce, a subsidary of the British Royal Mail, a $15 billion, 80 million package a day company. Where we ship We ship throughout most of the world. We cannot ship alcoholic products to Canada or Australia due to local import regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is legal for you to import absinthe. We cannot be held responsible for breach of domestic law, customs, additional taxes etc.
If you're in the UK (where we are) or anywhere in the European Union, you can order up to six bottles. If you are outside the EU, you can order up to 2.25 liters maximum.
Lost damaged goods In the event of your goods being lost, damaged or seized we will refund you the full cost of your order. Please note that this does not include goods returned to us as 'incorrectly addressed' or 'unclaimed' by our courier; under these circumstances our normal terms & conditions apply.
Incorrectly addressed/unclaimed items
Make sure you provide the correct address for your parcel. eAbsinthe.com is not able to refund shipping on 'unclaimed by the addressee' or returned packages that were correctly labeled with the address specified by you during the order process. If a package is returned undamaged you will be refunded the full value of the product ordered, but not the shipping costs already paid to our courier on your behalf.
Returns
At eAbsinthe.com we want you to be more than happy every single time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we realize you may want or need to return items. We accept returns if you decide you do not want the item anymore, or we have made an error and sent you the wrong items, or the item has been damaged in transit.
Damaged/Incorrect items
If you take delivery of an eAbsinthe.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, or the package contains the wrong items, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Simple.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products returned in the same condition as they were sent (i.e. unopened - and yes, 'undrunk'!).
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email returns@eAbsinthe.com including your order number, giving the reason for the return as 'I just don't want it anymore'. Please re-package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us at:

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.
