Awarded the Absinthiades Golden Spoon 2005 to 2007 - a consistent winner!

Distilled by Claude-Alain Bugnon, the distiller of Clandestine, Marianne is distilled in copper alembics using rather more melissa and peppermint, and less fennel. The nose is floral with a hint of honey, the milky “louche” brings to mind the first snowfall of the Swiss winter, and the taste cleverly combines both sweetness and bitterness.
