La Fée Parisienne was the first traditional absinthe to be commercially produced in France since the ban of 1915 and is the only absinthe authenticated by the Musée de l'Absinthe in Auvers-sur-Oise, France. Based on an authentic 19th century recipe and developed in a French distillery under the supervision of Madame Delahaye, La Fée is your perfect introduction to absinthe. To this day each distillation is personally approved by Madame Delahaye.
