La Fée Absinthe X•S Française Silver winner at this years Absinthiades and awarded most points in the French category.
La Fée X•S Française is an extra superior absinthe distilled in the historical town of Pontarlier, the homeland of absinthe where production began in the early nineteenth century. The best quality locally grown herbs, including wormwood, grand anis and a wine alcohol base are soaked and distilled in stills originally used for absinthe before its ban. Traditional methods and recipes are followed resulting in a classic French absinthe with a powerful and complex structure.
Serving La Fée X•S is best enjoyed by adding four to six parts iced water dripped over sugar creating a pale lime green louche, and intense aroma. Why not try the Swiss version, La Fée Absinthe X•S Suisse winner of the Absinthiades Golden Spoon Award 2007, winner IWSC 2007 Silver and Best in class awards and winner 'New Brand innovation' at the ISC 2007
