Named after the doctor who is supposed to have been the first creator of absinthe, Pierre Ordinaire offers Ulex strength of taste and flavor at a lower alcohol strength. 55% abv (110 proof).

The bottle comes wrapped in paper which protects it from sunlight: this is not intended to allow you to drink it from the bottle in the street!
